Project management
- Offsite management - £50 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
- Site visits - £65 per hour.

Hard Drive Data Recovery - Free collection, free examination
- Data returned to site within 5 working days - £280 recovery charge per drive.
- Data returned to site the next working day - £350 recovery charge per drive.
- Drive collected and data returned the same working day - £500 recovery charge per drive.
Should the data on your PC or laptop hard drive become unreadable due to a fire, flood, physical damage or worn parts, we will collect your drive free of charge, and provide you with our examination results detailing the data we are likely to recover. It is our strict policy to only charge if we can recover the required contents of your drive to a replacement hard drive, DVD, or any other media you provide. We can provide these, but will charge extra accordingly. Many data recovery companies will make an assessment of your data, and charge you according to its worth, which in some cases can amount to thousands of pounds.
If your business operates outside our coverage area, we are happy to accept drives shipped by courier, and can return these for no extra charge. This service is only available as a 5 working day turnaround from receipt of drive to arrival at your office.

Computer Repairs
We repair all PCs / Macs.
If the problem cannot be fixed onsite, we will take it away to our anti-static workshop.
If the machine needs any parts, we source them for you.
Data transfer
Just bought a new computer?
We can set it up for you, copy any files from your old computer over, setup the internet connection and install security software.
Just ordered broadband?
We can professionally configure your connection and setup any wired / wireless networking equipment.
Upgrades
We can professionally advise what part needs upgrading to get the most from your workstation, server or network, source any parts and normally upgrade it onsite.
Software Support
We have extensive experience in all major operating systems and applications to provide you with superb support.
We can solve existing problems, remove spyware and viruses, advise on how best to protect your computer and install tried and tested computer security software.
Since we are fully independent, we will not try and sell you anything.
In the majority of cases we advise customers to use free security software.
From one to one tuition to classroom sessions, we cover all major software applications and Microsoft operating systems.
